We are looking for more good affiliates to add to our list here. If you are a fellow webmaster looking to exchange links then please head over to the application form. This is a great way to help build traffic for both websites.

Also, if you are interested in becoming a top affiliate and having your website banner displayed in the menu bar then take a look at our advertise page. Gaming sites that join get insanely good prices, less than a penny per click if you have a good banner.

As promised, we are back online with a new website layout. I hope you like this one a little better then the old one.

The new layout also comes with some new features that I hope everyone enjoys:

• User avatars (login to your profile and upload one right away, they also earn you points!)
• Comments/ratings have been completely redone. They are now more user friendly then ever for you to help contribute to the site in many ways.
• Systems have comments now, you can write comments about your favorite system (ie: Super Nintendo)
• Top Games section has been added, go see what all the other members of the site have voted as the best games on the website.
• Nicer URLs, the page has better search engine friendly addresses so please update your bookmarks if you have any deeper pages bookmarked.
• I have added an advertising section, head on over there if you run your own website and are looking for a place to advertise, we have some great deals going on right now.

Check out the brand new poll, what is your favorite movie of this summer. I'm a big fan of movies so I'm curious to see if everyone here has the same kind of taste.

You get points for voting on the polls as well to get on the top members list. You can also get points for writing comments about anything (even this news post), or uploading screenshots.

This is just a quickie to let everyone know that we are still alive here at TheRoms. I've been hard at work at some new features that will hopefully get us more popular in the search engines. I'll let everyone know when that is ready.

I also just updated the Top Members list just now so you can see if you made it to the top 100. Also, we should be hitting 29 million any day now so once again I would like to thank all the visitors. Without you we would not exist.
