If anyone has played the PC version of FF7 they wopuld know the music in the game sucks worse than getting a speeding ticket but the good folks @ Qhimm specialize in Final fantasy patches!
They broke the 9999 barrier
Changed Cloud's battle sprite to the high quality final fight sprite
Enabled PSX version of music via winamp and Highly Experimental (Must have both!)
Increase Difficulty
You can change the the music too!
Since the plugin is the winamp PSF plugin you can can have PS2 music too.
Here is some of my custom tracks...
JENOVA- Donden BOF3 (Volcano Battle)
Rufus's Ceremony- FF9's version
Fanfare- Victory! FFX (make sure you copy the psf2lib file; this also freezes the game for 1 second via load time)
Fiddle De Chocobo- Mods de Chocobo FF8 (I've ALWAYS hated the chocobo racing theme)
As soon as I find the PSF of Ehrgeiz I'm going to change the battle music to the Cloud fight 
The bad news on music editing though is that it's still a WIP and the loop feature doesn't work.
The website from the author saysit's updated regularaly but the only version I got to work right was 1.1.0.2
