Have A Look At What I Ordered

I'm pretty sure this is the correct forum to put this in, but if it's not, please move it (or leave it, whatever you prefer) and go easy on me. ;)

Anyway, I have a few ROMs for GBA, SNES, and N64 and some are multiplayer. It's a hassle setting up Netplay on the few emulators that support it and it's even more troublesome configureing two keyboard settings so that I can play the games with my brothers. I decided to get a PSX to USB adapter so I could play the games with a PSX or PS2 controller (which is very familiar, affordable, and comfortable, so it seemed like the way to go). I was looking around and I found this cool device that has four ports so 4 people can play simultaneously. It's perfect for games like Mario Kart 64, Mario Party, and The New Tetris, all of which are four player games that I have enjoyed for a long time.

It's also going to be cool playing SNES games like Contra III, Super Mario World, and Uniracers, which all should be significantly easier with a controller.

The adapter ended up being about $20 shipped, so it wasn't a bad price. I'm hoping that it is durable, but I have doubts. I'll just take extra good care of it.

Here is where I ordered it from.

Does anyone else have anything similar to this? I'm hoping it will work with PC games like Juiced, which only require a few buttons to play. The main reason I got it was for easy multiplayer setup and overall easier (hopefully much easier) emulation.

I was just wondering, are there ways to play GBA games with two players or more? I was looking around VisualBoy Advance but I didn't see anything. Is there a way to get that to work or are GBA ROMs only single player?

Cool adapter. I have a similar one but only one port on it, not four. I paid 10 or 15 dollars (Canadian) for it at Radio Shack. Sounds like a pretty good deal for the 4 port to me.

As for multiplayer on the GBA I don't believe there is an emulator that will support it yet. VBA only does one player, the only way for multiplayer I know of is on games like Advance Wars where you take turns.

Ah, oh well. I don't have any outstanding multiplayer GBA games anyway. Playing Rush 2 and Tetris will be good enough.

It arrived in the mail today, I played some MK64 and Rush 2 with my brother. He's using it now to play GTA III. It is quite nifty. I'm still trying to figure out if the analog sticks will work. I haven't had much time to mess around with the configuration but it's awesome. I'm happy with it, so far.
