My mate bought one ages ago, a good idea in theory but in reality it was quite shit.

He only had a gba so there was no backlight, and the reception was fucking appaling.

but you can hook up your ps2 up to it...just in case you don't have a TV? -_-;

Who'd want to do that? I use to game on an small 5 inch blank and white TV whenever I was at my grandparents because that was the only spare they had, with my genesis and nintendo. that was BRUTAL. why the fuck would I want to subject my self to the same thing again, but this time in colour?

That looks way more interesting then connecting 4 GBAs to a Gamecube (to play a zelda or ff game).

A flash memory snes emulator (that you can load with roms) for the GBA (or DS) would be the shit.

All they're doing is something that was already done on the gamegear back when it tv tuner came out. I owen an GBA, and the idea of watching TV on it doesn't sound sexy at all. I'd much rather save that job for the laptop I'm saving up for when I go greyhound.

but the GG had actual TV screens and 2 out 4 of the game gears ive owned screens got big black strips through it.

Hey, that TG16 handheld had an awesome screen. A rich, unsmart friend bought it just for Bonk's Adventures and the TV tuner. The GG's screen what shite compared.
