for me, definitly a toss up between X-box and Dreamcast

but i'd have to say that of course a side by side comparison now adays x-box would rock it


but for time spent playing, i definitly had alot more fun playing dreamcast then any other system

I would of personally said the nes but thats only cuz i got most memories with it!

I'm going with the gamecube. Since i've picked this thing up. i've enjoyed it alot. Though I wish they had more rpgs on the damn thing.

Was torn between Snes and Dreamcast..... I couldn't live w.out all of the RPGs I have on Snes and how cool it was when it first came out but there was one game that swung it for me Shenmue..... nuff said... probibly the best game I ever played..... also Resident Evil:CV was amazing when it first came out on DC..... if you add SC, Skys of Arcadia, Grandier 2 and many other amazing unknown games you can see why it was the mother of all consoles and sooo ahead of it;s time.... RIP I say

I'll admit that SNES was awesome, but come on! DC is like the lost legend. It was like the first console to not have shitty midi music on games. I mean come on, some midi music was nice, but fuck thankgod we dont hear it any more. and DC games were like the most original games ever. I can barely think of a shitty dreamcast game (except for shit like slave zero), and created online console gaming
for free!
snes was sweet, but DC was sweeter, and has yet to be eclipsed for sheer volume of enjoyable titles by any next-next-gen system

I'll admit DC as a VERY close second; however, I have to say SNES was my favorite. Maybe it was the age that it was introduced to me at?

Id say the Playstation was my favorite system.. PS2 2nd then Snes 3rd..

PS2???? You crazy fool!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't even rate that above a fucking Jaguar! It's poo cos for a next gen console the graphics are quite jagged (cos they designed the AA badly) most of the decent games are on X-Box, PC or Cube and all play far better (with the exception of SSX on GC) it was rushed out a little too early and is still over priced for what it is.

FF, SH2/3 and the next gen RE's were all that could have swung me to it but:

All new FF's have been a dissapointment (actually I'd say all since 7)

SH 2 & 3 I got on PC (which looks soooooo much nicer)

and PS lost RE to GC cos PS2 was too hard to program to look nice (ok you got the online RE and Survivor 2 but who cares cos they're shit)

could see why you would vote PS over Snes though cos of the good games..... but not PSpoo cos it just don't cut it

i mean fuck, they dont even have 4 controllers, its like a ps1 with a slight graphics update. thats it.

I said ps1 is my fav not ps2 The playstation just had a lot of good games i liked.. Also what nintendo did to sony was just wrong with the snes cd so i didnt like what they did to Sony by dumping them.. Im glad Sony didnt give up and came out with the playstation which had a great success..

too bad the thing fucks up a ltta ps1 games and and even more you can;t even save.
