Holy SHIT! has anyone seen the new trailer for this movie???????? I dont have a link for it, but i gotta say, i'm not even a huge starwars fan, and i was fucking amazed! it looks like it could be the best movie of the entire trilogy.

am i the only one who didnt think the first two were bad? i mean i think people had to high of expectations, like what could he do, its not like he can pull a mad twist like Empire Strikes back. The only thing i hated was all the shitty cgi and the crappy love scene dialogue. but i mean look back to the original trilogy and they aint all that great. the only thing that seperated them from other movies was really the special effects at the time, and harisson ford's pro acting.

I think the third one looks good, and if he decides 20 years from now to do 7,8,9. i say go nuts. he's created a cool world that is interesting to watch and be a part of, and it also makes for more premiers for Triumph the Insult comic dog to appear at

Agreed.

The prequels are by no means the greatest pics of all time. Neither were the trilogy (my favorite is ESB and Lucas never even directed it). Darth Vader is the one of the Great Badasses in fiction. I hope they do his mythology justice in III.

I know the orginals(NOT THE SPECIAL BS HE RELEASED) are campy, and great that why I even like them. But everyone almost thinks as George lucas as an god, when he not. He an hack when it comes to starwars. It just another way for him to line his pocket with virgin money.
