Depends on why you broke up in the first place. If it was multural, and I mean like. Well I think we should stop datin. Okay. then sure. but if it was for something else, like you did something wrong and she was pissed off and everything. Don't bother.

yeah man, if you get back together, it should only be for the sex. there is no way it will work out, if it hasnt worked out already. No sense in getting attached if you're not going to work out a second time (law of life: if it fails once, it will fail always)

It does depend on the reason for breakup, the time-frame, and a few other factors. Now, if you really always did like/love the girl, and she liked/loved you, but there were just other factors (e.g. - Long distance) then sure, if you guys still do like/love eachother, why not get back together. Now, if it's just because you and her are both pathetic and can't find anything else, and are bored and horny . . . no . . . that's just stupid. If there were good reasons for it not working out to begin with, don't expect it to work out when you try it again. Over-all, I'd say if you had to ask, then don't do it.

sometimes, it works, most of the time, it doesn't. i mean, there's gotta be a reason y u 2 broke up in the first place, rite? also, if u initiated the break up, u wouldn't wanna get back with the person cuz that gives them a chance for revenge. if they initiated the break up, y would u wanna get back with them? to give them another chance to dump u? either way, to me, there're more risks in getting back together than to stay apart.

She's a slut, and I don't like her lifestyle. So no, getting back together is not an option.

What were the circumstances like?

I don't think it's worth it at all. Bad things come from people who wanna get back together. Not even mutual breakups and redatings work out in my books.

i jut broke up with my girlfriend(i need to change my avatar)...i'd like to get back with her cos i still love her. but i dont want to get back with her if she cant change. i would be so happy with her if guys would just leave her alone. but she wont even try to ge rid of em. i think she likes the attention and it just doesnt seem worth getting back together with someone like that.

no im not the jealous type...she is..CLGG will tell you that for me. I have no problem with guys wanting to be friends with her, hell..i got no problem with her friends liking her..my problem is when they try to break us up, they make so much shit about me just so they can have a shot at her.. they allready convinced her that i only wanted her for sex which is complete bullshit!!! so i havent gotten laid in forever all because of that. but i could deal with that cause i wanted to be with her, not whats in her pants. but it eventually sunk into my head that she just aint worth it anymore.. cause she knows very well that her contact with these guys hurts me and she wont do shit about it..so why the hell bother!!
