change the file extensions thru DOS or just thru the GUI :) include a readme.txt saying to use DOS or something to change the extension back. like, put it to .jpg or something harmless. that way they'd have to alter the file to make it a ROM. as long as it's just a useless erroneous file I don't think they have the ability to take it down.. i could be wrong. just an idea.

that could work... they have a page where u can "report" someone for hosting something illegal, so that would not help us much :P

They'd be able to take it down, but you would be safe from any legal problems.

i've heard that a few places. but i also have to ask myself, aside from a nintendo rep or a tech, who the hell would take the time to rename a file, ASSUMING they knew it was the file, and report it? fucking super virgins!

Maybe check this one out: http://www.filesend.net/

They were linked to from Cool Roms so maybe it's run by the same guy? If it is then he can't have a problem with it :P

Yup I just did some research on the two sites and it looks like they are indeed run by the same person http://www.echangnet.com/network.php

Site looks great, 120mb upload limit for each file (great for n64) and roms seem to be legal to upload... only downside is that I would have to upload it by hand... and theres 2600+ n64 roms, so theres no way i'm doing that... i might end up throwing the n64 roms on my server for lets say the last 1 / 2 weeks of the month... who knows

I emailed the guy and asked him if he has another way to upload multiple files.

That would be a bug.

It is because of screen resolution. I will suggest it to the guy that made that javascript and see if there is anything that can be done about it.

I'm guessing that is because you are using two different computers. It does that to me as well when I switch computers. There's nothing I can really do about that unfortunately, it's built into the .NET framework so maybe it will be changed in version 3.
