I did up a visitors online thing for the stats section as well. It was actually quite easy, hopefully it works properly. I can't really fully test it without more than 1 person online

That torrent idea is a good one. Especially for the larger files.

It's definately something to consider but I can't say wether or not it will happen yet. It would require a little more research before I can say anything.

I just took a more in depth look at the new site and I've just got to say it's sexcellent. Probably the cleanest emusite I've ever seen. (At least it is now, hopefully you don't load it up with hentai ads )

Hentai ads are fine in my book as long as those damn popunder ads are gone. We could have the best roms and shit in the world, but those ads would send everyone away. I hate those fuckers.

Hopefully the google ads will be able to stay on and keep the site up. They are definately much nicer than popups.

You don't have to apply once you have an account already. They said to just put them on.

I've got all my emu friends excited for the new site. Hopefully they'll join the forums when they realize how kickass the site's gonna be. When're you guys expecting it to be up?

Side Note: I just started playing SNES roms again, and I never could get into games all that much because I felt the keyboard was a bit too hard to work with. So I stripped an Xbox breakaway cable and attached a USB cable to it so I can use an Xbox controller on my pc. All I had to do was find a driver for it. It's working great because it's got everything a SNES controller had. If it's wanted, I might be able make a guide...

Why is the new site taking so long to load this weekend?

I have uploaded the website to a real server (it is not running on my own computer anymore).

Please check out the new URL to make sure everything is working properly. I did a quick test myself and I fixed all the errors I found myself. If everything looks good then I will be transferring it to the regular domain this weekend.
