dunno why..I guess if you make alot of contributions you just wanna do something more.....I wouldn't mind because I was a super-mod on another forum last summer....damn the IDSA or whatever it's called or I'd still be one

I hate when people change their usernames when they sign up again on the same forum....

I remember the name faintly...

Could I be a database manager? I'm talented at fixing Databases when I'm not even sure how to... (Just kidding) but anyway, moderators like to do more than regular members because they feel that htey have contributed a lot and want to be promoted. The ones that have 1 post or a bit more that have just appeared, normally want the position just to act better than the rest of the members, which I hope they don't believe is true seeing how, without the members the forum would be nothing.

Why would we need a DB manager, the DB hasn't even broke here yet.

Because I am god and you are my slave? (I said just kidding, I mean I'm also a good moderator etc, couldn't hurt to ask. )

DB Managers are only needed when/if the DB crashes, which is rare unless you try to do hacks/modifications to the board. Or if the host messes up.

The DB only breaks if your a nOOB and dont know what your doing.

maybe this is a dumb question but what does a moderator do?

helps out around the forum, closes threads, edits/deletes crap posts, reports really craziness things to admins (example, a cock-bite that needs some serious banning)... all that good-ness


and we have our own special little "mod and admins only" forum that we can make fun of all of you in

welp, we're not really adding mods as of now, wait untill later and we'll see. As of now, don't worry about it .
