I got a problem. Every single snes game with a save feature gets erased. not the rom itself but the game save gets erased. it has happened to me in games like Legend of Zelda III, just recently to Super mario RPG, Donkey Kong 3, and Chronno Trigger. but the good thing is that it erases my game only once and after i start a new file (again) it won't erase. anybody had this problem and knew how to fix it?

I don't know how to fix it, but why not just save states?

Save states are better then saves anyways. You can do it any time during the game and load it and you'll be back at the exact same spot in the game. Don't have to worry about finding a save point or anything like that. It will work anytime.

aight cool but do i need to save in a new slot for every different game?

and so this means that i can save in any game even if it doesn't have the save feature like Contra III or sumthing?

No, each game gets it's own set of slots. The different slots let you have multiple saved states for each game.

The state is saved to a separate file from the game (named, Zelda III.sav or whatever, I don't know the extention), and each game will get a different file, so saving one game on slot one won't affect another game on slot one, because it is reading two different files.
