Um you hit print screen which is over to the right of your backspace key

then u open something like microsoft paint and hit paste - then save then upload - save as JPG though then it won't be a huge file

Resize your picture so it's not so big, or get a host and link to the pic

or save it as a .jpg rather than a .bmp (assuming you haven't already tried that)
