Hello, not new to forums and not new to roms and emulators and the mix of both, just havent had internet for a few years and got a new pc. been trying to rebuild my library of games but every psx iso i try to download doesnt come as iso's since i last had any and instead come as bin and cue files and every converter ive tried either was pay or we wont convert, or idk how to work the converter so im SOL on all of the above. also psp emulation is a pain cause it doesnt work that well, i got jpcsp and its slow though ive seen ones that go 50+ fps but the best mine does is 20 fps and the iso's and it wont run the media files (apparently i need some media file reader for it). basically, in 3 years of no internet, a guy can get left behind to a point where its like being almost new.
