What are Rips?
Rips are official PLAYSTATION game releases that have been hacked or reduced in size and content.

What are the benefit of Rips?
- Extremely reduce download size.
- Very good for people with 56k Modems who are looking for game to play on their PSX emulators.
- Very good way to "Preview" a game before downloading a full version. How many of you downloaded a game only to find out its not your cup of tea?

What is the downside to Rips?
- The downside to most rips is that you will not have any FMV (Full Motion Video) sequences, or other story related videos that play during game session or certain levels may be editted or remove all together.
- Some other rips have disabled certain options that can only be accessible from a full version.
- Some elements of the game like music may be edited, or removed all together.
