Problems with Zelda Ocarina of Time

I have both Project 64 and 19 64 c .9 and neither will run Zelda Ocarina of Time. The file is a odd one, 7z any help to get it to run. Thanks

7z is a zip file, you need the program to extract it... all my n64 roms came as 7z files
