Acouple of days age a teacher took a CD from me that had roms, hacking programs, and other illegal stuff. They look at this CD I'm fucked. They would have anough evidence to put me away for a long ass time. They don't know what a rom is or the rest of the stuff but if they see those hacking programs then they "could" give it to someone who knows what they are looking at.

I hope that it is me just being paranoid but I don't like chances.
Please take my word seriouslly and don't get careless!!!

Who cares, I doubt the school will waste time and money to start a lawsuit on you to put you away

No I doubt they will do anything either, you got the disc taken away and that's about all.

BTW how did they even find out about the disc? They can't just go taking random discs away from people checking whats on them, there had to be a reason why they checked.

You were using those hacking programs for educational purposes, not for anything illegal, right? *wink wink* you should be fine, unless when you say "other illegal stuff" you mean child pr0n, in that case, yer fucked...not like they can search the disc without probable cause anyway.

Most schools lock down their workstations, at my old high school they did that.

Roneo you're a fool, they can't do shit cos it was unlawfull for them to take it away without cause and it's not illegal to own / download hacking tools it's just that using them is so unless you were caught loosing them they can;t dso shit. Go into the teachers room and say 'Give me my CD back now you ass goblin or I'll sue your ass for breaching my privacey' that should work..... ;)

Who are these Ass Goblins you talk so openly about?

Technically they cannot look at the CD and if they do you have them worse than they would have you:)

It's really strange to me though that they took the CD away, Bit of a farout story..

they can't do anything about if they wanted to, a judge would be like, so he had some games and hacking programs? so does he get a 50$ fine? i mean come on, i don't think even having hacking progrmas is illegal, only hacking into illegal things. you can have them and study them all you want, it's america baby.

I was using it for games and i wasn't using it for hacking.
I don't even know how to but I know alittle about sub7.
I guess the teacher saw me putting it in a drive and had a greeeaaaat big moomoo about it. ;)

The teacher hasn't given me back my cd.
This bugs me atad bit.
