Ahem, I was hoping perhaps someone on here could symphasize with me on this, I'm going to New York next week to do a radio show and I called Verizon to get an ISDN line installed, ALREADY I'VE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO 8 DIFFERENT PEOPLE COS NOONE CAN F**KING FIND OUT WHAT AN ISDN LINE IS?!?!?!?!?! I mean holy crap you work for a telecommunications company man! Seriously do these people have a script that they read from cos they spell out a speel of "Hi good morning and thanks for calling Verizon. your bla bla specialist, my name is bla bla bla, who do i have the pleasure of speaking with today" flip me by the time they are finished that I think i'm talking to a computer!

Anyhow, it ends up I still don't have an ISDN line and a radio show that needs to come live from there next Saturday !!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrr!

I don't have this problem with BT, at least they have the decency to put me through to someone who actually can't speak English, I know where I stand that way!

Yeah that's what usually happens when you call the phone/cable company. I wouldn't be surprised if there support people were outsourced to India or something thats why they can't speak English.

Yah I eventually got talking to someone that actually was able to help, I'm assured the line is going in on Friday at a hefty $2000 cost (harsh much?) But yeah, they are complete idiots!

Nothing new with me really!? Same old! Work work work lol.

I still need to speak to you about that thing we discussed, we're doin the new budgets soon, it's a few months away yet though if you're still interested.
