sega saturn burned discs?

so i got drunk and at 3am found a police REPO site, and they had a working sega saturn in there for $15. so i got it. and it's in the mail. i just want to know: if i grab an ISO or whatnot, can I burn it to a blank CD and run it on my system?

I'm seven feet tall and I kick over buildings.

You need a modchip to play a burned disc, there is also a swap method that may work.
