As a beliver in Christ, I can really understand your opinion Makenshi. I couldn't live w/some of the downsides of being strict about my religion personally. I'd go insane.

But if you truly belive that this is your calling, then go for it. I wish you best of luck...

And god bless...

One of the most respectable reasons for leaving that I can think of. I wish you good luck and happiness in life. See you around.

I don't really understand most of your reasons; I won't pretend to.
I don't know how you would possibly need to act a certain way to be cool.
I don't know what the internet has to do with any of it. I mean you may as well disconnect yourself from other forms of contact as well...

I just don't know....
All I do know is that you're leaving. So all the love to ya man.

i can understad to a degree, but the internet has a lot of spiritual food on it if you look ;) . i've come to terms with language a long time ago, as the word fuck is just an outlet. i could start using the word bungleboops instead, but it would still have the same meaning, just a different word. i have strong spiritual beliefs, but i don't feel convicted to the any thought in my mind not having to do with god is a sin outlook. i read the bible, pray, and worship and understand that fiction, videogames and entertainment are all gifts from god. they shouldn't be the focus of my life nor take control, but they are things that god has blessed me with in my life. i can't say i'm perfect, but then no one can now can they?

So true. My personal belief is that those who devote their entire lives to Christ may not be doing what is asked of them. No offence to you Makenshi. As Lamperus said, this is one of the more noble reasons to leave. But always remember (and not to preach either), we all need to make time for one of gods greatest gifts to man...

and that, is life itself.

Maybe just an opinion of mine, but it's just my opinion.
