Living in Alberta sucks during winter... it gets damn cold outside

with the wind chill the temp is going to be -41°C Wednesday morning, and for those americans out there, thats -41.8 Fahrenheit.. and yes thats a negative before the 41.8 :evil:

how cold does it get where youre from? Alberta cant be the only cold place :oops:

well, my area of the usa is michigan, surrounded by the great lakes, the temp has been going apeshit all winter, freazing-warm-warm-fucking freazing-warm etc

dude.. how do you survive? I'm just back from Austria were it was - 15 somedays and it was biting cold, quite painful on the old face actually, but back home in good old belfast it's quite mild. 12 - 13C

well -20 is normal
-40 isnt, its only that cold for a couple of weeks out of the year

We just went thorough a freezing ass week. A -55F temp (wind chill) was recorded here. Sometimes while we were outside it hurt to breathe. Its going to warm up to spring temps this week though.

around here, it MIGHT reach freezing (32F or 0C) every few years.

Yes... it keeps rather warm around here... 46F right now...

Still, you can rest assured it gets to about 110F in the summer time around here.

Yeah the weather in england is just crap, its not that cold but in winter it does drop, and the wind is always freezing.

haha complaining about -12C being cold is like complaining about 70F giving you heat stroke. unless you live on an island with super high humidity, then -12C is fuckin freezing.

That's normal here. -12. I remember when I was an kid when it actualy did reach with the windchill -30 -40 along with the extra snow(I miss snowbanks tall then an car!) we use to get. none of this bullshit we get now.

It snowed last night though! A foot and a half of it , all gone now though :D damn freak weather changes
