Why can't I post polls or delete posts?

Nobody can delete posts unless they are a mod/supermod/admin

As for polls, I dunno. Never tried to create one. Not like any of my topics need polls anyways

yea... I forget why, but chris had some reason for the deleting post thing... I'll check about the polls though
