if you want the ultimate workout buy a mountain bike and hit that shit up. its one of those things where the first few times you go it feels like death, but then you conquer it and can go for hours and hours, burning off something like a zillion calories per second.


plus the fact that its a huge adreneline rush and you get to see tons of cool scenery = ultimate.

Ive allready got a slazenger mountainbike. problem is there are no good places to ride it where i live.

there are no sidewalks or slopes that go down.

I do have a nice $20 gel seat but it broke the next day. PIECE OF CRAP!

OMFG UPDATE!

The reason why I haven't seen my doctor is because.... his wife died. :(

Apparently it was something to do with her brain... HOW DOES A HEALTHY PERSON JUST DIE LIKE THAT?

Anyway Ive lost 2 kilos! Thanx to swimming and not eating hot dogs. (Seriously whats in those things?)

that makes me 128 kilos..... its a start.

plus i got a nunchuck, a fan stand with cool blue light AND a Wii mote charger!

Its true you do actually have to move when using a wii... but not much. Unless your playing boxing or something.

I'll admit that Wii Boxing is quite tiring at the higher difficulty levels.

Bowling is the win though.
