Not only am i on a diet, but I now have to exercise EVERY day... swimming or riding my bike.

No coke, chocolate or australian hamburger for me. :(

Ive lost about ten kilos so theres still hope.

So when ur eating your mars bar playing ur XBOX while you indulge in pornography...

remember that somewhere theres a fat kid swimming his guts out.

I started a very leniant diet last summer... Started out weighing 239 pounds, I'm now down to 208. My activities in the summer included swimming leisurely and playing baseball (not the toughest of workouts :P) But the main thing that helped me lose that 30 or so pounds was drinking diet soda. Sure you look like a pansy if you're doing it in public, but there are so many empty calories in that shit. It's sickening. I'm still watching what I eat, but I haven't been working out lately. Springtime though... We'll all be skating again.

well i can't stop losing weight. my body fat is around zero now. i'm gonna look into seeing a doctor haha. i've lost 20 pounds here and there. i'm 6'5" and i weigh roughly 165lbs.. there's a problem there.

however, i'd recommend skating EVERY day, eating whatever the hell you like, partying most nights of the week, forgetting to eat two meals out of the day, fast food at midnight, and little or no sleep. also a large amount of stress and physical injury helps.

that about sums up my life.

pretty much. like i said i can't keep weight on me. i'll eat what three people eat when i finally get around to it... like at the buffet the other week we had a contest to see who could down the most. i hit 5 or 6 full plates. heh.

Mainly because i dont have a choice... die or eat? hmmmmmmm

(Notice how 130 sounds less than 286... my goal wieght is 85 kilos...)

I just found out yesterday that diet coke (and this Coke Zero as well...) is actually WORSE than the regular stuff.

apparently it makes yo really crave more sugar.... makes sense to me.

lol Ive been exerting myself for 3 weeks and it turns out I haven't lost a single kilo

The quack Im seeing says thats normal because once you start exercising you gain muscle.

Im just happy I havent gained wieght.

lately since Im at TAFE learning IT (getting A DIPLOMA WOOT) Ive been buying pies cause those yummy sandwiches they make sometimes run out...

Not good daddy-o

so no more pies. I suppose Ill just have a coffe or something.

And Ive sooooo damn busy... so I havent had Alot of time to go swimming or whatever...

I think Ill go swimming today...

i skated from 11am to 6pm today. killed 2 kids in a game of SKATE and ollied ledges all day. ate shit a few times. i feel skinnier just from all that today. drink lots of water and work your ass off and you'll lose all your weight.

I have no balance on those things, and add to that the fear of falling over and... you have a very bad skater...

everyone sucks ass at first. no one has balance and everyone busts their shit up a lot. its part of skating. stay at it and you get better and better.

Actually Im feeling pretty good, Yesterday me and my whole congregation (I.E church community) Went to a park to celebrate someones 42nd wedding aniversiary, so i got to play criket for hours. By the end I was so brused and dehydrated that I sculled about 2 litres of water.

Im still sore today! Its got to be a good thing. Although I didnt get wieghed this week, (Some doctor stuffup) all things considered i think it will be a good outcome.

also Id like to thank theroms.com community for thier smart mouth, fat jokes and general encouragement (SUCKUP >_<;)

When I find out if ive lost anything, Ill post.
