i have recently baught a ATI radeon 9250 128mg graphics card to go in my recently baught computer 1ghz 256RAM 20gig HD ECT.
but when i try and put the graphics card to use it gets up to the welcome to windows XP bit and just freezes ive tried every thing to get it to work.
i even tried doing it in safe mode!

Did you uninstall any drivers before physically installing the new card?

i have a similar problem but with a 7000 and it's with a game called alice

Alice is old but so's your gfx card, try looking for patches for the game and/or updated drivers (not just for ur gfx card, sound, mobo, etc too) and if it still don't work it looks like the game isn't compatible with the gfx card.
