haha well maybe not as bad as the title sounds, but i'll face facts, I hate with an ungodly passion, when someone trys to FUCK me over.
take my former roommate for example. This asshole and i got in a fight (just a pushing match) because he is a dirty fuck and would not clean up any mess he made. Three days later, he pulled a midnight run and left the apartment with all his stuff. Sticking me with teh bill for $1200 a month. Me, taking law classes, know the rent and tenant law, stopped his attempt to get off the lease, by showing that he needed my signature.
heh so for the past four months he has been paying rent for an apartment he doesnt even live in. Best part is, i could really care less if he pays or not, because fourtunatly i can afford it, and i'm moving out soon.
so just to spite him for being a fucker and leaving me with so much stress during his initial walk out, i made a deal with him when he tried to talk to me this past week (four months after the fact). He pays this months rent and i sign him off the lease.
little does he know, i am moving to my summer residence after this month anyways, so he will basically be paying me an extra $600. Additonally signing off on the lease means he forfits the damage deposit, leaving me with an extra $450.
hehe you can call me an ass, or a bastard, but you gotta believe, when he tried to fuck me, I fucked him 10 times worse. haha in a non-gay way.
