anyone who thinks it was for the Iraqi people should watch Farenheight 9/11 cos that's probibly the most truthful explanation about what's going on and what the war was full.....

wow i dont even like bush, but anyone who believes farenheight 9/11 is the same as anyone who believes bush's press secratary.
Michael moore is worse than bush, infact he distorts the truth just as much. basing an argument on his fictumentary is a lame duck.

and as for this whole "supporting our troups" thing. i think that is bullshit too. I mean how can you support the troops other than by saying it. and what good is saying it? people have become so indoctrinated by the media and politicans that they begin to say the same things as the media and the politicians without really understanding what they mean. "i support the troops". Ok? why did you send them food, are you fighting to get them out of iraq? how are you supporting them?

Im sorry but you cant go on like the documentary was completely made up. It was based on facts, and alot of things that the documentary says are true...yes micheal moore tells it in a way that may make people more likely to believe it, but untrue, I dont think so.

I agree these allied soldiers may not even know what they are fighting for now and when it will end.

Zip. My friends and reletives mostly young. Who didn't see college as an alternative to joining the military are in Iraq right now. I support them in every way I can. Be it, just keeping the conversation and friendship the way it was before the war (when they visit on leave) or emailing and writing them to know that there is family and a good friend supporting them. This may be hard to understand and may seem like bullshit to you. I think its a good thing to know that they have "support" when they need it.

ok i should have made my post more clear, yes emotional support is support this i except. I just hate it when people say "we need to support our troops" "i'm supporting the troups" but all they are doing is saying it, they arnt actually doing anything to Support them, its just the politically correct thing to say type deal.

Do I support the troops? Well I did pay a few bucks in taxes this year...

so no, I DON'T support the troops... BUT, I wish all the best for them.

And as liberal as I am, I still question how true Farenheit 9/11 was, but I don't belive it was all fiction, nor do I believe everything in it to be true.

I'm actually going to bow out of politics for a while. For the last few months or so I followed them very closely. I think I'm to the point where I am completely sick of it.

I harbor no hard feelings for any discussion.

California here.

And personally, even if the statistics are off or something, I still belive that the majority of retards voted for Bush.

And the divorce thing the guy mentioned I think is kinda true. My grandparents are die hard democrats are are comming up on their 50th anniversary of marriage.

Oh, and on this other forum, I know this guy who thinks Americans were right by putting Bush back in (yeah, he's one of them). He's all about good family values and wholesome morals...

...

No wonder he makes a living defending medical malpractioners :P

Well I live on Mexico but I work on the US and all I have to say is that from the 2 america just picked the worst and they just put to green on another war since thats the only way Bush knows to get rid of all ammo and guns and make room for the brand new ones, thats the real deal with US economics, WAR sad but true...
