i dont think you can ban a book in america unless it has illegal things in the book, such as making bombs etc.

The anarchist cookbook full of shit, and leaves out way to may details on certain things, same goes for that stupid Terriost handbook floating around on the net.. It not really banned from publication, but it extremly hard to find in stores. Amazon sells it last I heard along with some other publication of the likes.. If you really want to learn how to blow shit up, I suggest you put an propane tank on an angle, pointing towards the sky. Then running up to it with an baseball bat, and hitting the valve off of it. That'll give an nice show.

I also had it on my computer, and its shit.

Just like shadowblade said most of the things used to make stuff cannot be found as easily as it might have been suggested...or at least you cant get them that easily in the UK.

Actualy. If I remember some of the book. They claim you can acquire the materials needed. By simply pretending you're an college student, and walking into one of the science rooms and help you're self.

all of the versions on the net are not real. they are just versions the average idiot have written. the real version is an actual book. and that book is the shit and is very detailed. the shit on the net isnt even real

frankly the anrachist cookbook just isnt that great.
his explosives are sub-par, many of the methods he describes for making them leave steps out,and in some cases very important ingrediants (there are a lot more ingrediants in nitroglycerin than what he has in it, some things that are meant to make it stable), and alot of his methods for phreaking are obselete (he has a schem. for a blue box,,why would you need a blue box now?)

its easier to find REAL recipies for explosives and such just by looking around, or getting into making your own fireworks. and its also easier and much less risky just to order your own chemicals from a catalog (mail order chem.s do exist)

only thing i liked about it, is just how destructive it was. malice makes it funfun

I tried to order some fluorosulfonic acid awhile back (power stuff) from a chinese chem catalogue, but apparently my fictional company didnt have a business license so i was denied.

heh

getting back on topic though, yeah why do you need the anarchist book, i'm sure if you spent some quality time searching underground sites you could come up with some decent "recipies" that worked.
