Stay away from the fucking gums and patches. I know friends who tried the gum and it made them sick, and they smoked close to two packs an day. I my self smoked an pack a day up till an two months ago and I started at 14. This is my third time trying to quite. It takes time, trust me.
First time I quite I lasted 4 months, then started up again for three months, second time I quite I lasted 6 months, then smoked again for four months, this last time I've mangaged not to smoke since the beginning of march. Tips to help fight the cravings. drink water, lots of it or anything for that matter. So long as you're doing something with you're hands you're fine. And if you're friends smoke like mine, it does get frustrating the first while when you're around them. But after an while, you'll get use to it.
