From my small understanding, everyone fucking hates Roneo because he was an ubern00b and requested roms without the 10 posts necessary to do so. So then Tetsuo takes it upon himself to police this and bitch at Roneo. I hold no ill-will towards him. If I'm wrong, fuck you, I'm always right.
