I am so fucking sick of my parents. they think they treat me so great just because they give me rides and shit every now and then. sure i appreciate that, but I dont see how in the fuck that entitles them to own me. I woke up this morning to the sound of my mother yelling at me to get ready for church. i yell back and start tellin her i aint goin. they dont see that theres no benefit to either me or my parents of me going to church. now there sayin that since i didnt go my girlfriend is never allowed over here again. man i love em but i hate em so much!!! they also are morons in the fact that they wont let me on the fucking computer no more because of my so called "threat". they think that because of that "fuck america" statement. that means i havent learned and im going to continue to threaten people on the internet and that i never learned. they are such dumbasses. Im 18 in 2 weeks. but im still stuck in this shit hole cos i have no money. i need to leave this place ahhh!....my parents suck!!

As far as i can see, although your parents may be a little ignorant, they are looking out for what they see is best for you, and most likely they are probably right.

I dont like my parents either, and i am stubborn around them, and i used to yell and swear at them all the time. But if i reflected on their actions, i could see they were genuininly trying to help me, even if i wouldnt accept it at the time.

you're only like 16, and you may still think that everything you do is "the right thing" but chances are you're wrong. In fact i would probably agree with your parents, in that, from some of the material you post on here of your daily doings, i would say you are heading down the wrong path.

Success is very limited in this world, and there are few key opportunitys to allow your self the maximum amount of it. Unfourtunatly alot of these opportunities come at a young age when we are to ignorant or unable to look to the future to understand the significance of these choices.

And as much as you dont want to admit it, your parents probably do know better, so even if you dont listen to them, you should atleast consider their advice; and if you dont want to give them the benifit of the doubt thats your choice.

Word of advice. Don't get work and move out right away, it'll end you up possiably back in the boat with the parents. I should know, that's what happened to me my first time moving out. Try to find an job, work at it and live with the folks till you go to college, or have at least 2,000 to 4,000 in the bank. Yes kids that right, save 2 -4grand before you move. You'll not only need this money to pay such things as first and last if required by the land lord. You'll also need it for other shit, security deposit, food, funiture. And NEVER, EVER move into an aparement with you're friends unless you're names on the lease, and THERES. This makes ALL partys responsiable for the rent. also take the time to learn you're tentant laws.

Yep. I don't think a lot of teens or young adults realize what happens when you move out. I'm 400 in debt right now because the place I first moved to I had to move back here after three/four months.It offered me work for three months, I couldn't find anymore work after that job finished even though. Now i'm back wiht my mother, and I fucking hate it. Still unemployed and trying to find an job in an city that basicly governed by how well the steel plant does. and thinks call center work is enough to keep it young people here.

me and nat are attempting to move in together, not sure whether it'll be netime soon though cos of saving and watever.

matt i used to be mad at my parents but now i get on really well with them. just grin and bear it and it'll be over soon enough and you'll be yelling at your kids for being stupid etc
