Hmmm.... I can find lots of "Save Fix Patches", but none for just getting it to work, maybe the rom itself needs to be re-downloaded? Why don't you try that and tell me if it works?

Okay, I had this problem with DBZ: Buu's Fury. Try setting it to EEPROM Flash 128k
