I was meaning all the US official Snes roms compressed into a RAR file which is got the best compression on it, that was the one that Scott d/loaded...were you counting the Japaneese translated ones (like ff5, ect)?

If you had a clue you would realise that if the person on the other end doesn't have a T-1 your going to get crappy results anyway? last time Chris & I transferred 3GIG of roms between one another it took about 3 days and were both on high speed cable... also do you know how long it would take to add 3000 roms to a zip file?

and counting all id imagine that it would take days or weeks just to compress, then weeks or months to transffer. ill stick with dc++ and getem one by one, at least then it may actualy make for a quicker transfer

I still think IRC is the best, newsgroups are alright too but they can be kind of weird.

NO IDEA.

lol, I only have the Jap, US and Euro roms, but to be fair I dont actually need the Jap and Euro ones, seeing as most of the roms I want to play are actually in the US set.

I should have a close to full mame rom set soon as well :D

lol I cba to have all those roms though cos you don't need the Jap, US and Euro copies of the same game...it's a waste of HD space...what I do need though is DK64, Mystical Ninja and Turok 3 but I don't think they emu well
