Satourne & Cassini are the best...but good luck actually playing the games,you're gonna need a pretty buff PC

& they are a pain in the ass to set up,so if you thought you were getting a free ride guess again. you're better off just buying a saturn

ive tried every saturn emu there is and theyre all really shit they either wont play most games or too much pissing around with the config to get them working i'd leave it alone and just get epsxe playstation emu
