I was hanging out at one of my other forums and came accross this interesting topic that was labled "cell shade for oot".
At first I thought it would be like playing a wind waker of oot but then I found more on the matter of ?hacking? the imagry of the game.
Here is a link the cell shaded topic.
But I found something better than cell shaded and it's named High Resolution.

I havn't read the entire topic because it's over 120 pages long!
As far as I know it isn't a patch or a hack but rather a plugin for 1964. ( hence the ?hacking? )
