Can someone please tell me how to burn images on a CD to play on my Dreamcast?

One more question..... I burned the Soul Calibur image (CDI) onto a CDR using DiscJuggler. I tried to play it but it didn't work. I'm sure it's self-bootable, because I made a Utopia Boot Disc and used that and it still didn't work. Any suggestions?
