also it would help knowing what your system specs are because this will effect how well you can emulate the game and which graphical plugin you should use (beleave me on a lower end system this will greatly improve performance), also if you need some advice on what to do about a BIOS pm me.

I recommend looking for a few different drivers for epsxe - my video suggestion is Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.6, Audio: epsxe SPU core 1.5.2, and finally get the Mooby2 cd disk image driver 2.8 . As far as Bios is concerned, FF7 worked best for me with the SPCH 7502 bios.

Epsxe's site lists links on where to find these, but I'm not about to give a shameless plug for my favorite. :D I'm hoping I won't be in trouble for listing specific stuff....But I hope this helps you a bit.

{I wanna marry my psx emulator!!!!!! We have so much in common...... :D}

Oh, I almost forgot, remember to put your plugins in the plugin folder, otherwise that just defeats the whole purpose now, doesn't it?

i'm thinking with FFVII. buy and fire up a psone in all it's glory.

just for authenticity, you should play it with no memory card or a dualshock.
