FCE Ultra Hotkeys

I use to have FCE Ultra with a Hotkeys Menu but I restarted my HD and I can't find this emulater anywhere.

I looked on Zophar but they don't have it and I've searched as well other sites.

Does anyone have a link to help me?

it had an extra option called hotkeys

Damn that's all I could find for it, can't seem to find any info on a hotkey addon.
