Well, I tried using ePSXe, but it wouldn't load any of my games, it just sat at a black screen. I'm sure it's because of how crappy my computer is, so what I'm asking is this; 1. What settings should I use to make the game still look bareable, but run well? 2. What plugins should I use, and, if possibe, links to them? and 3. ePSXe IS the best PSX emulator out there, right? EDIT: 4. Also, what is the ePSXe frontend and should I download it?

Also, if you know one, a site for the roms..I posted in requests but no one responded :P

Thanks alot

I believe you can get them from eDonkey.

For plugins http://home.t-online.de/home/PeteBernert/ would be the best for windows and linux based ones. Between the PEOPS and Pete's own GPUs you should have no compatibility problems.

The best frontend would be the ePSXeCutor its downloadable at the official ePSXe page (www.epsxe.com).

With the frontend your config problems will be solved and you can also set up different profiles with different configs (plugins) to have every PSone game ready to play.

A few games I have no longer work with the 1001 bios use this 7502...

About the PSX roms you can rent and copy the selection of your local video store/stores. Just be sure you got Daemon tools, Blindwrite and/or CloneCD to copy the games and emulate a PSone drive. If you want a specific game put it in requests.
