I have Windows XP Pro and Fedora Core 4 setup on my computer now. Yay go me. Now I have to learn to use yet another operating system.I'm happy to report that the site does look perfect here too.
yeah, I've given up on the Fedora Core 3 partition on my compy. Won't work with my modem so there is no reason for me to use it if I can't use the interweb woe is me.
My network stuff worked fine without having to configure anything. I'm just having a problem getting my second monitor to work properly.
lol I've never had problems with ethernet based internet and linux but anything USB or dial-up based and ur in a lot of trouble! I'm running XP Pro and Debian Sarge on my computer atm and both are working perfectly with the internet atm now if we could only get rid of all the sad wankers hacking the internal LAN..... oh well I'll have to pwn them again on CS!
Sweetness. It's the first time I've used the internets with Linux... unfortunately it's at school. Ubuntu FTW.I got some live CD's in the mail.

I have discs for a bunch of them. My networking teacher from last year would bring in Linux discs and give them to everyone so I collected a bunch.
What all do you have?I've got:Fedora Core 3SuSE 9.3SuSE 10.1Ubuntu 6.06 (I think that's the right version)Some distro of Slackware on a floppy somewhereI think I'll find some more distros for future use.. or collection habits maybe?
suse, ubuntu, and fedora. i've only actually used fedora though.
