I would like to resize my avator but can't make it look right.

can someone help me

My pic stats are
70 x 78
1.65kb


I met the data size but I need help with the actual size.
If someone is willing just let me know and I'll email them the pic


....or if you gays can stretch the limit from 60x60 that whould save us all some time.

If the file is a .gif then you can use http://gifworks.com/ it's really easy.
