What's a reliable anti-virus?

Mine is being all buggy and hasn't been working right for a while.

Might be because it's a pirated copy ^^;

I use AVG free edition and haven't had a virus that wasn't dealt with swiftly. I also use PC tools spyware doctor which i got free from a firefox add-ons site. I never knew almost 95% of the sites i go to use tracking cookies!

of course if you really wanted to protect your computer you'd buy some expensive piece of stuff that ASKS YOUR PERMISSION FOR EVERY PROGRAM YOU USE and alarms and random noises go off whenever you access the web.

But im fine with what i have.
