I DID replace the motherboard and processor but I actually don't think that was it. I'm betting my money that it was a faulty power supply.

Depending on the motherboard if you have the settings for the bios not set right your computer will frezze more often.. Also if you dont have enough power for your motherboard it will frezze more too..
tht's basically the computer you replaced, unless it was the power supply. but now what am i goin to make fun of if not ol' freezie pop?
