Chrono Trigger...I don't know for some reason my copy came packaged with ass and hand super glue.

I can still hear it now "no mom, I ain't hungry", "No random slut, I'll call you later" and "hold on dog/toilet bowl, I'll feed you and water you at the next save point". My one and only 24hr gaming spree.

Very close second...I'm almost embarrased...Wizardry 5. It's amazing what a pound of weed, slightly complicated and mildly interesting game (without an instruction book) will do to me.

Very, very, good times...I still question if impregnating that ho or finishing that factory where you get Robo was more important.

MGS2 I thought wasn't as good as MGS..... really though I wouldn't class them as 'the best game ever'...... only games such as HL, Goldeneye, Reisdent Evil (original), Chrono Trigger and the first FF u play (except 9 :P) can gfo in that catagory....... well that's for me anyway.....

my fave game I'd say is still either Chrono Trigger or FFVI cos they were both amazing and I still play them now and again

i can understand that... i absolutely hated eight, because i was expecting (and fairly i might add) a good game. The storyline was crap, the weaponcreation system lacked any creativity or solidarity, and seemed kind of last minute idea. Also the enemies leveling up as you did made for quite a boring game, because the challenge level was hardly raised at all... and you could pretty much go through the hwole game only fighting bosses...
And is it just me, or did anybody want to bitch-smack Squall. I mean come on dude... you can only whine so much and still be a serious character...

i never beat 9... got right to the end and stopped playing... it wasn't great, i saw it as a kind of mediocre appology for putting out 8. it was fun to pass the time with though.

I actually liked ff8 I mean your right that the leveling up was crap because you could get to level 100 in the first place pretty easy trust me my friend did it in like 2 hours but I like the story line and I thought the gunblade was an orginal weapon but then again squall did whine a whole lot in the first part of the game and he talked to himself a little to much.

Never played 9, but I did enjoy 8. Yeah it was easy but I didnt think the story was too bad, I mean yeah it was pretty much a love story but it was still a final fantasy.

Only problem I had with it was the fact that squall was such a lame character...too much like a second rate cloud wannabe.

Castlevania 2 was a good game with both good play as well as good music which was hard for NES games to achieve.

I would have to choose Kingdom Hearts.

Thats really easy, Final Fantasy 7, Super Metroid, Half Life (1 and 2), Doom, Street Fighter 2, o ya and The Legende of Zelda.

How could any one think ff9 was better than ff8? ff8 was a fucking awsome game, some things in it were eh yet none the less it was really good.

At least the card game in 8 was better. I finished 9 once and 8 several times.

I love 7. But the thing is, I have never found Vincent (I heard he's a cool character) or beat the red Weapon dude. I don't use the cheat and strategy stuff. I guess it may be worth another replay to try my hand at it again.
