There... know any of these?

Oops mistake in the poll I meant: Star Wars Galaxies instead of just Galaxy... Oh well small typo, you all know what I meant.

(I can't vote yet still haven't decided)

Oops forgot to mention crap:

10-Six: I think this is discontinued...

Anarchy Online: a Sci-Fi RPG in the online world... Free 7-day trial

Dark Age: First off, this is NOT Dark Age of Camelot, this is just plain Dark Age... It would seem that the site no longer exists so.. discontinued?

Earth and Beyond: Supposebly the "first" role-playing galaxy... You pilot your own starship, etc.
There's only a 5-day demo for this one.

EVE Online: MMORPG that states it's almost too real to be called a game, however it also states it's way more fun than real life... Not free and requires CD-Key..

Graal: A MMORPG for Windows, Linux and Mac systems.... You can supposebly make your own hideouts and what not, but is it free?

Redmoon: A "futuristic?" style MMORPG, I'm not entirely sure but I do know that there's a 10-day free trial...

Star Wars Galaxies: A MMORPG in the Star Wars realm! Filled with cool aliens, lots of interaction, etc... NOT free...

Shattered Galaxy: A strategy-rpg type of online game... It may become free soon.

Ultima Online: A very old game that has a lot of things for you, this game costs money unless you play on 1 or more shards...

locke, 10-six is discontinued, but has been resurected as project visitor, just on different serv's, but the exact same game

Graal,is a rip-off to make zelda multiplayer(snes zelda),comes with a one-month free subscrip, then its like 10 buks,

is PSO considered mmorpg?(wtf does mmo stand for?)

I gotta check out Project Visitor. I've been meaning to, but I've been broke as hell and there's no money in my Paypal account. And I need to round up some of my old team. God I loved 10Six.

MMORPG means Massively Multiplayer Online RPG, by the by. Most of them are highly based on Everquest, easily the most popular. You'll go around and level up by killing monsters or completing tasks, join clans, and whatnot.

-10Six was different

as far as i saw, 10-six was great,
only prob is, they want more money than i can scrounge
its $12.00 REQUIRED monthly donation(why dont these bastards just call it what it is, BILL)
maybe once i get a job...

and i guess in that sense, PSO is mmorpg, great once you start high leveling, finding good weaponry, but instead of being free like its dreamcast predecessor, nintendo got greedy(what really urks me though, there are massive places in the game that can only be explored if you dl the quest that applies to it, such as the control tower in ep. II)

No see PSO is missing one of the M's.... See PSO is a MORPG not a MMORPG...

Now if that didn't make sense to you I'll clear it up, PSO is not "Massive" except in the size of the world... However MMORPGs usually have tons of people playing together or against each other.... PSO can only have 4 people per game...

oh, nm then
anyway, before, you start a game, theres anywhere form 12000 people and up, to which you can trade, interact, and such,
its only once you start a mission/quest/joy ride... that only 4 people can be on at once

its a shame 10-six never reached a million users before going under
