i need to re-learn css and my basic html, and learn the ins and outs of phpbb. if only vbulletin 2.0 was free....i'm comfortable with messing around with it.

actual coding i used to know it really really well, i knew how to pull everything from it's database, arrange it how i wanted it, and i could make a mean skin.

CSS makes me cry It's so damn picky with everything, but once you get it all setup it's awesome.
