Online poker is of course another form of MMOG. With up to 150,000 players competing at any one site, the online poker worlds of Full Tilt, pokerstars, and the rest have their own faithful following. Of course, the big difference between online poker and games such as WoW is that players in poker have a chance to actually win money as opposed to just completing tasks and killing monsters.
It is hard to believe that MMOG’s have been around since the Carter administration. Whether you are a fantasy game, shoot ‘em up artist, or a true poker junkie, there is something out there for everyone. The MMOG gaming industry has come a long way since its infancy. As technology advances, expect the MMOG industry to advance right along with it. In another 5 years, games such as WoW will likely seem as outdates to kids as Pac-Man seemed too many of us.

The website forums have now been replaced with a brand new version to fit the website. Your logins for the website are now the exact same logins for the forums. It is the same account for the entire website, no more different accounts for website and forum.
If you encounter any bugs with the new system please either send me an email through the contact form or you can always leave a comment here.
I have also released the user ranking system. You will notice a ranking icon next to your username on any comments or forum posts that you make. This rank will go up the more points you collect throughout the website.
You can collect points by commenting, rating games, posting on the forum, uploading screenshots etc. Check your profile page to see how you rank against the other users!

ePSXe 1.7.0 has been released. You can download it in the emulators section.
Short changelog:
- Multiple changes has been done in the Pad support.
- The internal SPU plugin has been updated to the 1.7.0 version.
- The iso support code has been rewritten.
- The MDEC decoder has been rewritten.
- A new version of the Pete's Software Plugin is included.
- The XA/CDDA support has been worked in this new version.
- Many things have been fixed in the cd-rom decoder and the core.

Miscellaneous: Wii Virtual Console Hacked!!Posted by: Kurisu
The encryption on the Wii virtual console games has been decrypted. It didn't take long and it was bound to happen. The surprising news though is that the games are nothing but roms. You can even play them on your regular emulators like Snes9x and they run perfectly!
That must suck to find out you've been paying for roms. Let me know what you think in the comments.
